this hotel is super cozy and nice, really clean and a great spot with lovely art around. the staff were pretty professional and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. the inner yard is really peaceful and perfect for relaxing. location wise, its right in the heart of the old town, so everything is close by. i loved the atmosphere, felt very charming and picturesque.

the breakfast could be better and there wasn't a mini bar in our room which was kinda disappointing.

the staff was incredibly friendly and communicative in multiple languages. room was super hot without air conditioning.

My spacious Classic Single Room made it easy to unwind after exploring, allowing me to relax freely. Plus, the immaculate bathroom added to the feel of luxury, showcasing the hotel's top-notch cleanliness!

Noise levels from the adjacent street were disruptive, especially at night, making it tricky to catch a full night's sleep. Climbing stairs to access the room became a chore, particularly for those with baggage or mobility concerns. Some furnishings showed signs of wear, detracting from the otherwise appealing atmosphere. The lack of adequate bathroom ventilation contributed to a musty smell, especially during the heating season. Little details like the hairdryer cord showing signs of mold called for better upkeep, hinting that it’s time for some refreshing upgrades to the facilities.

Clean and bright room with an electric kettle and decent coffee/tea choices. Comfortable bed and good sleep quality made nights enjoyable. Fast check-in process and welcoming reception staff set a positive tone. The location couldn’t be better. clubs, restaurants, and sightseeing are easily reachable. the carpet was worn out and in need of replacement, which detracted a bit from the otherwise charming vintage aesthetic. The bathroom had a bathtub but required some updates for better facilities. Noise from the street was noticeable, especially late at night, impacting sleep quality despite the cozy atmosphere. On the brighter side, breakfast was adequate, and staff were ready to assist with requests.
